Terms of Service — Propelix 360

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Echo (the "Service"), provided by Propelix 360 ("Propelix 360," "we," "us," or "our") at echo.propelix360.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Echo is an AI Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) analytics platform. It tracks how AI answer engines (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, and Perplexity) mention, cite, rank, and discuss your brand, and provides supporting metrics, including read-only data pulled from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console when you connect those accounts.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

To use certain features, you may connect Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console via OAuth. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Echo to access the specified data on a read-only basis, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant Echo access to any Google property you connect (e.g., you are an authorized user of that GA4 property or verified Search Console site).

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or within Echo.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third party's rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law
Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service outside of provided features
Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent
Use the Service to connect Google accounts you are not authorized to access

5. Subscription and payment

Subscription tiers, billing cycles, and applicable fees are set out in your order form or on the Service's pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

Echo, its software, design, and underlying technology are owned by Propelix 360 and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own brand data and content you input. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-party data and AI outputs

Metrics derived from AI answer engines and public discussion sources (e.g., Reddit, Hacker News, Quora) reflect third-party content and outputs that we do not control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such data, and results may change as underlying AI models and public sources change.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT METRICS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPELIX 360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any Google account access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
