Privacy Policy

Echo ("Echo," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of Propelix 360. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Echo at echo.propelix360.com (the "Service").

1. Who we are

Echo tracks how AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity) mention, cite, and rank your brand, and shows related search and traffic metrics alongside those insights.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and company/brand details you provide directly.

2.2 Information from connected Google services

With your explicit authorization via Google OAuth, Echo can connect to:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — read-only access to report data (e.g., sessions, traffic sources, referral data) via the analytics.readonly scope. This lets Echo attribute LLM referral traffic to your site.
  • Google Search Console — read-only access to search performance data (e.g., queries, clicks, impressions, position) via the Search Console read-only scope.

We request read-only access only. Echo cannot modify, delete, or manage settings in your Google Analytics property or Search Console account.

2.3 Brand tracking data

Prompts, brand names, and competitor names you configure, and the resulting data Echo collects by querying AI answer engines and public discussion sources (e.g., Reddit, Hacker News, Quora) for mentions of your brand.

2.4 Usage data

Standard technical data such as log data, device/browser type, and interactions with the Service, collected automatically.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (dashboards, metrics, alerts)
  • Attribute AI-driven referral traffic using your GA4 data
  • Correlate search visibility (Search Console) with AI-answer visibility
  • Improve and support the Service
  • Communicate with you about your account or the Service

We do not use data obtained through Google APIs for advertising purposes, and we do not sell this data.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Echo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only access GA4 and Search Console data you explicitly authorize.
  • We use this data solely to provide and improve the analytics features visible to you within Echo.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read this data except: (a) with your affirmative consent for support purposes, (b) as necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), or (c) to comply with applicable law.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your Google Analytics / Search Console data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate Echo (e.g., hosting, infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal authorities, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy's commitments

6. Data retention

We retain Google Analytics and Search Console data for as long as your account is active and your Google connection remains authorized, plus a limited period afterward for backups and legitimate business purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Revoking access

You can revoke Echo's access to your Google data at any time via Google Account permissions or from within Echo's account settings. Revoking access will stop new data collection but does not automatically delete previously collected data — contact us to request deletion.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@propelix360.com.

10. Children's privacy

Echo is not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes, we will provide additional notice where required.
